Really really well, the service recommended us a couple of local disk that were delicious.
The only thing is that we didn’t order bread and they charge for it
It's not bad for me, but there are not many alternatives in this area. There are many options on the menu, but they said they have grill services on weekdays. The garden part is very beautiful and I liked the atmosphere. Food is avarage.
The food was fantastic! Friendly staff, peaceful outdoor seating, and a beautiful view of the water! Can't beat it. The Lamb and Potatoes were excellent!
I've eaten in a lot of traditional Greek restaurants but this was one of the best. If you're amazing at the Dolce Wyndham and fed up with the rip off prices this will brighten your day. Service excellent. Food excellent and portions huge. Very impressed!!
Amazing food, nice atmosphere. Really recommend this place
Was looking for a quick lunch and most importantly my husband and I were on a hunt for a gyro. Our vacation was coming to a close and we completely forgot about getting one since there was so much seafood around. Instead we found Pyrostia, we ordered "chicken on a skewer" which is like a chicken souvlaki, I write skewer because my husband speaks Greek and that's what the waitress said to him. It came with of coarse two skewered chicken pieces, bread that looked like pita but were charcoaled or toasted, vegetables (tomatoes, onions, peppers) and a magical mustard side sauce. The chicken was devine, it has a lemony, herbed flavor along with the charcoaled/grilled taste (I say that because I don't want to say smoky because I feel like that's entirely different flavor). So take that chicken along with the vegetables, make a tiny pocket in the pita and dunk it into the sauce.... heaven!!! We also ordered a side of fried squash, kind of salty but good. Topped with two carafe of house white wine so until next time....
We found this gem of a restaurant in Artemis, an Eastern coastal suburb of Athens. Housed in a garden wrapped terrace that has a view of the sea - the lush surroundings & dim lighting create a cozy and intimate atmosphere for an evening meal. We ordered the homemade chicken souvlaki and salad and it was possibly the best I've ever tasted. Service was attentive and friendly and they even provided a surprise dessert at the end of the meal. Would highly recommend a stop here if you find yourself winding your way down this part of the Athenian coast.
We were looking for some good Greek food after getting settled at the airport hotel, Sofetil, just prior to a flight the next day. None of the main courses were Greek or sounded particularly appetizing. We had a couple desserts. The chocolate souffle had the ganache still cold, not molten, in the middle. The waffle looked nothing like the picture. Just plain gelato (and somewhat icy) on top with no fruit nor any whipped cream. The drizzle of Nutella (or Nutella-like spread) was nice though.
Ultimately this place has a nice view and steps down to the beach. Seems like it's focus is drinks or cocktails, not food.
